
At this point, Requiem for the Capital Wasteland is outdated anyway, as many improvements have been made in the latest version of Tale of Two Wastelands.

I followed the installation instrutions to the letter, but Im stuck at where they explain that I need to place the FOMODs into the NMM FNV mods folder.

You can't download Requiem for the Capital Wasteland here (nor anywhere else really), and you won't find any discussion of it here. I recently got Fallout 3 and Fallout: New Vegas, with all of the DLC for both games, and was excited to finally start playing Tale of Two Wastelands. Many of the team members are the same, and the goal is the same. Tale of Two Wastelands is a total conversion project that seamlessly merges Fallout 3 and its DLC into Fallout: New Vegas, allowing both games to be played in a single playthrough.

Anyhow here's my ranking and opinions of the DLCs. Delay DLC TTW Installation instructions: Main File - Delay DLC 1.0 - TTW 3.2 1.0 - stops the annoying messages that display when a new DLC is loaded, and requires that you be within a certain distance of the broadcast location before you can pick up the radio signal. Since TTW allows us to play all the DLC from both games I'm kind of curious how others on here rank the various DLCs comparing them to each other and their own personal views of the DLCs.
